As I mentioned in this post, moving-out is a very hard-task. So if I have a chance to acquire my own house via lease purchase I would really grab it! In Lease purchase, homebuyers are allowed to lease the home with an option to buy. The rent payment is made up of monthly rental plus an additional amount that is credited to an account for use as a down payment. In  this way, it is not burdensome for homebuyers with low-moderate income like me to acquire their own houses. But finding a lease purchase is not also an easy task.
